How Much Water Do You Need?

The base formula is weight (kg) × 0.033 litres. However, this is adjusted upward for physical activity and hot/humid climates, which increase fluid loss through sweat. A sedentary person in a temperate climate needs less water than an athlete training in a hot environment.

Hourly Drinking Schedule

Rather than drinking large amounts infrequently, spreading water intake throughout the day is healthier for digestion and kidneys. The calculator generates a personalised hourly schedule from 7am to 11pm based on your daily target.
