How to Use Monthly Budget Planner

    Select your currency (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, or NPR) from the currency selector at the top of the page.

    In the Income section, enter your salary or primary income source, set the amount, and choose the frequency (monthly, weekly, or yearly).

    Click "Add Income Source" to add freelance income, rental income, or any other earnings — all frequencies are automatically converted to monthly.

    In the Fixed Expenses section, review the pre-filled defaults (rent, utilities, insurance, subscriptions) and update them with your actual amounts.

    In the Variable Expenses section, enter your average monthly spending on groceries, dining, entertainment, shopping, healthcare, and personal care.

    In the Savings Goals section, set a monthly contribution for your Emergency Fund, Investments, or any custom savings goal you add.

    Review the live Summary Dashboard — it shows total income, expenses, savings, remaining balance, your savings rate, and a Budget Health badge.

    Check the 50/30/20 Rule comparison and 12-month projection table, then export your budget by clicking "Copy Summary" or "Download as .txt".
