How does image upscaling work?

Denoise smooths out noise and compression artifacts from the source image before sharpening. Useful for low-quality JPEGs or screenshots. Keep at 0% for already-clean images.

Is there a size limit?

The input image can be up to 20MB. For best results and speed, we recommend images under 2000×2000 pixels. Very large images with 8x upscale may be limited by browser memory.
