Why 75% Attendance Matters

  • Most Indian universities (UGC guidelines) require a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for exams.
  • Some colleges set the bar at 80% or even 85% for certain courses.
  • Falling below the threshold can lead to detention, loss of exam eligibility, or extra assignments.
  • Use the Plan Attendance tab to figure out exactly how many classes you need to attend or can safely skip.

About Attendance Calculator

A must-have tool for college students to track and plan attendance. Two powerful modes:

**Check Attendance**: Enter total classes and classes attended to instantly see your current attendance percentage with a color-coded circular progress chart. Status indicators show whether you are in the Safe (>=75%), Warning (65-75%), or Danger (<65%) zone.

**Plan Attendance**: Set a target percentage (75%, 80%, 85%, or 90%) and find out exactly how many more classes you need to attend to reach your goal — or how many you can safely skip while staying above the threshold.

Visual SVG donut chart, real-time calculations, and quick-reference stats cards make it easy to stay on top of your attendance.
