    Go to the Daily Meal Planner tab, choose how many meals you eat per day, and review per-meal macro targets with India-focused food suggestions.

    Open the Weekly Plan tab to mark training and rest days so your calorie targets automatically adjust for each day.

    Check the Water & Supplements tab for your personalised daily water goal and an evidence-based supplement reference table.
