How Streaks Work
For daily habits, your streak increases for each consecutive day you check the habit. Missing even one day resets the streak to zero. For weekly habits, the tracker counts consecutive weeks with at least one completion. The tool stores all data in your browser's localStorage — nothing is sent to any server. Works on desktop and mobile.
Start with 2-3 habits and build up. Research shows it takes 21-66 days to form a new habit. Let the streak counter motivate you to keep the chain going.
