Formula

WACC = Total Amount Invested (सभी charges सहित) ÷ Total Shares Purchased

Example

Buy 1: 50 shares @ 800 = 40,000 + charges = 40,206

WACC = 65,837 ÷ 80 = NPR 822.97 per share

Gross sell amount = 80 × 950 = NPR 76,000

Sell-side charges: Broker = 380 | SEBON = 11.40 | DP = 25 | Total = NPR 416.40

Net sell proceeds = NPR 75,583.60

Gross profit = 75,583.60 - 65,837.33 = NPR 9,746.27

CGT (5% long-term) = NPR 487.31

Net Profit = NPR 9,258.96 | Return = 14.07%
